Very enjoyable and comfortable stay

Liked: The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The area was lovely and felt very safe and with the 24 hour reception it was perfect for myself and my daughter. The lounge area is a great added extra and also very comfortable. The offering of tea and coffee and cake every afternoon is generous and the honestly bar gives a lovely relaxed feeling.
Disliked: Our room was very small and looked out at a wall. It was fine for us but I think it would have felt too cramped and claustrophobic for two adults given the small size and no natural light.

Perfect, comfortable and lovely friendly...

Liked: Carlos was so inviting. I felt very welcome. The housekeeper was very kind and she was also for accommodating in the breakfast room. Just delightful staff!!!I am a 5 star gal and was so pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel. So clean and so comfortable and location was perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great location

Liked: Location was excellent. Restaurants, cafes, shopping all around. Walkable distance to all major attractions.
Disliked: The room was tiny, you could barely walk around the bed. There was space to open one suitcase at a time on the floor. The room was very stuffy. The aircon was controlled centrally despite having a controller in the room. When I told management that it wasn't working they said it was, but it was set at a certain temperature centrally. There definitely wasn't any air coming out. They told me to open a window for fresh air. Unfortunately that meant listening to the sounds of the street at night. The bathroom was clean but had a lot of mould. I asked management to have it cleaned and showed them photos. House keeping came and wiped the easily removed mould from the face of the tiles and mirror but told me the mould on the grout doesn't come off. Mould definitely can be removed with bleach or mould products so I'm not sure what the issue was. I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in such a small room, without air con/ventilation and visible mould in the bathroom. Asides from those issues, the staff were polite and the location was excellent. However I think people should be aware of the size of the rooms before paying premium prices.

Liked: The location was great close to lovely restaurants and cafes and close to transport , the rooms were clean and nice and very comfortable The staff were very nice friendly and offered their help in any situation
Disliked: The rooms were a bit small and few times there was noise from outside that the windows couldn’t block
