The clean and spacious suite...

Liked: Location, spacious suite, friendly staff, voucher for breakfast is a nice touch.
Disliked: Having bottled water or a snack upon arrival would have made it perfect. However, having the dépanneur just across the street was very handy.

Liked: We love the convenience of full size kitchen and rest area. There's plenty of space to relax and unwind after an intensive sightseeing session.
Disliked: The hotel was full so I was directed to an alternate parking. It was very tight and after 5 hours of driving I lost my concentration for a bit and scratched my car.

Liked: The room was bigger than I thought. Everything was as clean as new. The tableware was of good quality. The staff kindly guided me through the parking lot outside the building.
Disliked: I couldn't use the electric kettle because it was broken.

Disliked: We checked in a bit later, and it was a man at the reception desk.Unfortunately, he was not welcoming, not polite, and didn't even smile to make me feel comfortable. In the morning, when I checked out, it was a lady who was there. The exact opposite of the man from last night. She's smiling and very helpful. The price doesn't matter if you're happy and contented. The lady redeemed whatever it was I felt from last night.Thanks Asian lady! Good customer service!

Liked: Very nice and big suite! Almost too big for just a one night stay. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, nice living area and the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook simple meal.
Disliked: The parking is not free and the staff we saw weren't very welcoming.

Rude staff... they don't know...
