Very spacious

Liked: The website showed the hotel had a pool. We booked expecting a pool then very disappointed to learn there wasn’t a pool. And parking was extra.
Disliked: Misleading advertisement for pool.

Liked: Rooms were spacious, up to date, clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We especially liked that the sleeping quarters had a door so we can watch TV. Also, really appreciated the kitchenette - it's nice to be able to make breakfast and warm something up for a quick meal.
Disliked: Wish there was a little more action around the hotel but we were very pleased with our stay and drove around Ottawa to visit some museums and have nice dinners out.

Liked: It's very convenient for everything. Neat and clean.
Disliked: The air conditioner is only in the living room and doesn't cool the whole area. The bedroom there is no aircon and we all couldn't sleep it's too hot.
