Liked: I don’t
Disliked: I arrived at the hotel only to find that I was charged more than the rate listed on Booking.com. When I brought this to the attention of the property, they informed me that there was nothing they could do. As a result, I decided not to stay at the hotel. Despite this, I was charged twice, and I have yet to receive a refund. I have sent multiple messages, but I have not received any response. If I don’t get my funds I would charge them to court

The clean and spacious suite...

Liked: Location, spacious suite, friendly staff, voucher for breakfast is a nice touch.
Disliked: Having bottled water or a snack upon arrival would have made it perfect. However, having the dépanneur just across the street was very handy.

Liked: We love the convenience of full size kitchen and rest area. There's plenty of space to relax and unwind after an intensive sightseeing session.
Disliked: The hotel was full so I was directed to an alternate parking. It was very tight and after 5 hours of driving I lost my concentration for a bit and scratched my car.

Superb

Liked: The room was bigger than I thought. Everything was as clean as new. The tableware was of good quality. The staff kindly guided me through the parking lot outside the building.
Disliked: I couldn't use the electric kettle because it was broken.
