Liked: Breakfast was good

Disappointing

Liked: Staff just walking into our room without knocking in the morning when we weren't even checked yet check-out** 1st staff member entered at 11 (regular check out is a 12pm) and 2 different times after that since we had late check out 1pm ***Being told the deposit is 200$ when everywhere on the site 100$ NOT AT ALL understanding that having staff walk in on people who have paid to have a room for privacy IS NOT OKAY.... especially 1 hour before normal check-out time

Liked: Comfortable bed, good and generous breakfast.
Disliked: Too expensive for a humid room in a basement that's not soundproof at all.

Liked: 2 separate bedrooms in the same suite. Wonderful for a family.Also super nice to have a charging station for electric cars and free of charge.

Ridiculous party noise.

Liked: The room was nice - spacious, clean, good shower. The location of the hotel was also very convenient.
Disliked: Our room was in one of the two out-buildings on the property, and unknown to us the hotel allowed a group to hold a party on two of our three nights. The party was held in a common space located downstairs but OPEN to the stairwell and hallway where our room was located, meaning all of the party noise filtered right in. Even worse, they were permitted to play loud music, and the bass literally made the floor in our room vibrate. Our four-year-old was unable to fall asleep until 11pm one night and nearly midnight on the other. I called the front desk repeatedly, each time was assured they would take care of the situation, and yet they never did. I find it astonishing a hotel would even allow this kind of party in a common space that is not enclosed and separate from guest rooms, which was totally thoughtless toward other paying guests. What were we paying for, if not a quiet location to actually get SLEEP on our trip?
