Liked: The room was good, with a lovely balcony. Breakfast also good. The staff was amazing. Always smiling and available to assist. Good bed. Comfortable sheets. Cozy environement.

lovely hotel in a great...

Liked: really nice and helpful staff thar were always around if needed. Breakfast was 10/10, mix of cooked breakfast food and pastries/cakes.Beds were very comfortable and the room was perfectly clean.
Disliked: I asked a month ahead for a specific room and was told this was confirmed, when we arrived this was not the case and was not able to switch.

Liked: Very good facilities, the swimming pool and sauna was amazing. the rooms are very well insulated and quiet. Bed is super comfy and toilet is spacious.
Disliked: The outside of the hotel looks like the hotel is closed or under maintenance. Should have some light to make it more welcoming.

Liked: Great neighbourhood. Lots of small restaurants and excellent food shops. Walkable from Gare du Nord. Very clean hotel. Our room was quiet and well insulated. Very comfortable bed.
Disliked: Room phone did not work and did not get looked at (let alone repaired) in spite of us flagging that? Water cooker also does not work well. Room is still small: actually very difficult to get around the bed and have your suitcase accessible.
