Liked: Friendly staff, very clean room , good value for being Paris. Not too small room to share with a friend.
Disliked: The fridge/minibar did not work.

Liked: The private spa was acceptable, the room was acceptable, The staff were amazing, friendly and professional, they went out of their way to accommodate and was always on hand. Great location.
Disliked: The pool was very small, I was only able to utilise the pool twice during my stay. And was rushed out of the spa area as another client was waiting to use the area. The breakfast was over priced, therefore we ate out every day.

Liked: Lovely hotel at a great area. Close to the centre, place Pigalle and Montmartre. The personnel was very helpful and very professional. Thank you all very much.
Disliked: We had to pay the amount of one night, in advance, as a guarantee, which was an additional amount to the total amount paid for the there nights we stayed.The amount was returned, however, it took us quite sometime due to the banking system.
