Lovely location but it was...

Liked: Location was ideal, right in the middle of the historic centre and opposite the palace of justice, the views out of the window were very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they tried to speak as much English as they could which we were most appreciative of.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable and soft. The bath was slippery and the shower head didn’t have a stand so it was just wrapped around the tap. Very little wardrobe space, only one bedside drawer. The room was located on the 4th floor, so there were over 70 steps.

Disliked: This hotel is a scam! Stay away from it! They called me on the day of my arrival, literally few hours before my arrival to say that they were closed and could not accommodate me. They offered no alternative and to this day (almost one month since I was supposed to stay there) they have not returned my money for the stay that were deducted by Booking.com few days prior to my arrival.I have been trying to contact the hotel and also the customer service here at Booking.com, no communication from the platform or the hotel. I am done with Booking.com and I warn everyone not to book this hotel - it is a scam!

An adventurous night

Liked: The position is perfect and the staff was really nice. We had problems finding it and called him. He gave us directions and a lot of photos to help us.
Disliked: It was difficult to find it with the car
