The Leopold is a 4-star unique hotel amid the shops restaurants and bars of Sheffield city center. A fun visit to a...

Liked: Accessible room, well setup except for a couple of problems which we reported. Bed very comfortable. Parking was reasonably close. Location in the town center was excellent, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants. We enjoyed out stay.
Disliked: Tiny basin in the bathroom with a tap that was too powerful and spilled over the floor.Breakfast was not the best.

Good value, great location

Liked: Great location, great breakfast, great staff and parking , room was adequate and the bath was full size with no issues with enough hot water. Strongly recommend
Disliked: Minor point but would have been advantageous to know there is a drop area outside the front door to drop cases etc if travelling with a bigger group/children etc as opposed to having to walk from the car park which is about 10 minutes away.

Outstanding from start to finish

Liked: Great central location for local hostelries and night life. Friendly and helpful staff Fantastic Breakfast, comfortable room.

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was the highlight without this I would rate this hotel below average.
Disliked: We didn’t get the keys. Only one was working staff told us that they will be walking to room with us but that was a total joke. It was going up and down to get to the room. Reception sent me downstairs with a key at checkout telling me that it might not work!!! 2 people in reception no check out guests they even didn’t bothered to go downstairs with me to check if I can get to the room. I could write more ridiculous examples from that stay. This was a huge disappointment.
