The Leopold is a 4-star unique hotel amid the shops restaurants and bars of Sheffield city center. Definitely a cut above other...

Liked: Very clean, good bar, efficient staff. Got a boutique feeling about it in a city with lots of ugly tower block hotels. Would recommend.
Disliked: The breakfast room is in the basement and feels stuffy. Okay spread but nothing special.

Did what I expected not...

Liked: Good breakfast, clean, central location ideal fir what we needed.
Disliked: Settee wardrobe and drawers could do with modernising they looked tired and could do with being replaced. Some of the area immediately outside the hotel could do with some cleaning to.

Liked: The location very accessible spacious staff were polite and helpful plenty of choice at breakfast refilled and replenished continuously tables cleared very impressed
Disliked: Having quite a small breakfast room not sure if this room.used throughout the year but it would concern me if hotel very busy as not alot of tables or room between tables used

Value for money and central...

Liked: Excellent central location. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The bed wasn't the most comfortable and I found the pillows a bit lumpy.

Superb

Liked: Brilliant location.
Disliked: Saturday was a little noisy until past 4am from the square. However this did not bother us as we were well informed of this before arrival and offered a quieter room if this would be an issue. We came prepared with earplugs! Did not spoil our stay at all.
