Liked: I often stay at this hotel probable once a week in the last 3 months, and I struggle with the staff sometimes welcoming sometimes not so welcoming..its as if some only some have taken a personal dislike to you ...not all the staff and don't want to point any fingers ...The house keepers are very good helpful and welcoming.. iv mislaid several items important to me ..Iv asked reception for help only to be told they would contact house keeping or maintenance and check if items have been handed in ..I was told they would get back to me soon as and I'm constantly chasing them they do not follow threw and inform me if items have been handed in ?? I'm aware the items are very probably long gone and not been found .. but I would appreciate some type of response eather way .I hate to criticise as in general overall. I enjoy the hotel and many off the staff . Maybe I'm asking too much The breakfast staff are sometimes too busy cleaning, not realising people are still eating..you'll be lifting your feet next so they can hover ... It's very uncomfortable at times ..
