We had a good stay...

Liked: Staff were very helpful, good location, tasty breakfast. Access to the executive room was a real bonus.
Disliked: The pillows were uncomfortable, and you could hear the train, not exceptionally loud, but the distinct sound was still there.

Fantastic! The staff were great!

Liked: It was spacious, clean, the decor and aesthetic were perfect and it smelled amazing from the first step into the lobby. The food was absolutely amazing, spa was lovely and the room was exceptional with great amenities!
Disliked: The steam room didn't seem to produce enough steam - otherwise, no fault
