Bored, unhelpful staff, except in...

Liked: It was in a good location and the spa staff were friendly and helpful. The only staff that were.
Disliked: The reception staff tried to upsell 5 different things before we could even check in and seemed bored by the whole process. We then couldn't get into the room because the bathroom door was open inside, blocking the main door from opening. When I asked staff for help they just shrugged and said go back down to reception. When we finally managed to get in this was clearly a regular occurrence as there were huge chunks taken out of both doors. Very poor experience for the price.

Liked: Very comfortable and huge bed. The room was clean. Large and equipped bathroom including shower and bath. Polite staff.
Disliked: Of the minuses, I can note one negative story that happened while using the kettle. Most likely, it was not washed well enough and citric acid remained inside. I made tea for my wife and she drank it, thinking that it had a lemon flavor. Then I tried clean water from the kettle. It turned out that it was sour. I contacted the reception with this problem, they immediately changed the kettle and offered us breakfast as an apology.

Liked: Hotel was absolutely lovely. Bar service and area was really nice. Room was lovely really clean and great facilities.
Disliked: It’s actually hard to pinpoint anything we didn’t like.
