Liked: Exceptional service by the manager, Mr Robert Losiewicz. Looking particularly well after a business traveller.
Disliked: The price varies with demand and can be expensive at times.

Fantastic hotel with amazing swimming...

Liked: Great location, very easy access from Heathrow airports welcoming ambiance at the entry, fantastic breakfast, large rooms and very comfortable inside with n espresso machine and fresh water everyday. The best part was the swimming pool - 25 m length swimming pool is the best way to exercise after long day and exceptional to find in majority of the hotels. Would highly recommend. Very comfy beds. And I had a view at Tower bridge from my room which was amazing. Everything like in the hotel description.
Disliked: I liked everything.

A lovely comfortable hotel near...

Liked: The room was large and clean and comfortable. There was ample choice and different varieties of food available for breakfast. The hotel was in an excellent location, with an underground station being just around the corner and the Tower of London just across the road.
Disliked: The decor of the bathroom looks a little tired and needs updating because the tiles have lots of marks on them which make them look dirty. The wardrobe needs a light inside which comes on when the doors open, as the lights on the walls on the corridor doesn't allow enough light to see inside the wardrobe.The bed was a super king size, but the duvet itself was only for a normal king size which wasn't large enough for the bed, but had been disguised by putting it inside a super king size duvet cover and just didn't work.

Liked: Clean and spacious room for London, with a great swimming pool perfect for lengths. Great location for a walk along the Thames

Excellent service and facilities in...

Liked: The room was excellent and served as a great space for both a comfortable sleeping space and also working space for morning meetings. The views across the river are exceptional.
Disliked: Being on the 12th floor, the lifts are quite slow. Albeit not something you can change quickly, it does hinder you when in a rush to the next meeting.
