Amazing time at Leonardo Royal...
Liked: Very clean and professional service. Lovely room and facilities. Comfy lounge area. Swim, Sauna, Steam included. Very friendly staff. Allowed us to have a later checkout.
Disliked: Bed a bit too springy. Would prefer slightly firmer bed. Springs made noise when moving.

Totally enjoyable!
Liked: Breakfast was excellent, the room was so comfortable and totally clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel for a short...
Liked: Very clean and well organised. Much better than other properties in the same price range than I have visited, especially older hotels that can be a little dated.

Welcoming, relaxing and comfortable :)
Liked: We stayed in the Executive Room. The room was really spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The ensuite bathroom was a little on the smaller side but had everything we needed (handwash & lotion, shower gel & shampoo, towels and sanitary items) and was modern. There was plenty of space to hang our clothes and items. We had a coffee machine, and were given coffee and tea and a bottle of still and sparking water in the mini fridge, which was well needed after our long journeys to Oxford.On arrival myself and my partner arrived separately in two cars. The staff were super kind and helpful and the receptionist asked her colleague/manager about parking and he said he will only charge us for 1 car that day and wished us a Happy New Year. The receptionist then gave me plenty of information on what amenities the hotel had and made me feel so welcome and also said to come back and ask any questions if I needed to clarify anything. Though this may have felt small for the staff this really made a difference to our stay and left us feeling really glad that we choose to stay here! Im disappointed that I didn’t get the names of the staff but thank you so much for your hospitality. We will definitely will be staying here again when we come to Oxford.
