Liked: I loved this Hotel, the beautiful lobby! The room is spacious, clean, with a separate bathroom...super!!! Very friendly staff! Delicious breakfast ! It is located in the city Center . I recommend it !

Liked: - The breakfast was satisfying, with a good balance of sweet and savory options, and offered enough variety for a pleasant start to the day.- My room and bathroom matched the pictures online and met my expectations for comfort and cleanliness.- The hotel has a grand and elegant atmosphere, with small thoughtful touches like complimentary candy in the foyer that add to the charm.- The fitness center is large and well-equipped, providing a great space for a complete workout.
Disliked: - I specifically chose this hotel for its sauna, so it was disappointing that you need to inform the reception well in advance to have it turned on. On my first use, despite informing reception 30 minutes ahead (while I went for a run in their gym), the sauna was still cold when I returned. This was quite a let-down, especially after a workout and a long day.- The reception staff could be friendlier, they are a bit frigid/arrogant. On several occasions, two staff members were present, but only one was attending customers, resulting in wait times.- The bar menu could benefit from more vegetarian options, though that’s a personal preference of course.
