Liked: Breakfast was enjoyable and staff especially helpful and cheery was the lady who met us at breakfast and showed us to our table. Location was acceptable but a rubbish bin wasn’t emptied the time we were there.
Disliked: The room was described as superior but was very cramped. There were three of us sharing. The space was too small for a double and single bed. Nowhere for suitcases and no suitable space for clothes other than hangers in wardrobe. Too hot and no visible means of adjusting heating. Outlook was poor, building work being done on an enclosed area of the hotel, no view.

Liked: Central location, easy for parking. Hotel was clean, lovely staff and room was very nice.
Disliked: Only negative was trying to utilise the room air con. Otherwise nothing negative.
