We thoroughly enjoyed our stay....

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Not the nicest of buildings

Overall good.

Liked: I liked how close it was to the royal mile and how close it was to the city centre. Very clean and lovely staff.
Disliked: I didn’t like how there was a door (locked) in the hotel that lead straight into next rooms room. Allowing us to hear all the noise from next door and every movement.

Liked: Location was excellent . Hotel was clean. Nice spacious room. Nice breakfast. Davis was especially wonderful.

Disappointing

Liked: Lovely room at checkin the man on reception was lovely. But the other staff looked us up and down like we didn't belong there as we like to sight see. So was dressed for sightseeing so wasnt very pleasant being looked up and down
Disliked: The check in was friendly staff member he was lovely. But noticed other staff did look down there noise at me like i had walked in from the street. Which made it feel unpleasant and awkward. Only put a 4 because of staff. Other than that great room.

Liked: I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the hotel. I particularly appreciated the view from my room, the impeccable cleanliness, the attentive and helpful staff, and the convenient location near Waverley Station. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Disliked: Honestly, I can't think of anything I disliked. I was impressed with my stay.
