Liked: Bath and shower option, great size. Nice breakfast, excellent restaurant for dinner & launch, not too far away from city center or attractions. Next to a main road, but you can't hear the traffic so that's great.
Disliked: Nothing to do with Hotel or staff, but there was poor signaling on a temporary bus stop and no upfront warning that a tram stop is currently not in use.

Very happy memory

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good and room was spacious and well planned. We were upgraded as “booking of the day” which I thought would just be a slightly more spacious room but it was so much more. Fizz, chocolates and fresh macarons along with a beautiful room. I would definitely recommend.
Disliked: The view isn’t great but we knew that when we booked

Liked: The staff are helpful and attentive.Location is good, meaning it is possible to walk to centre and to the beach.Nice spa and decent gym.
Disliked: Some little extras that in hotels are usually complementary, here you will be asked to pay a non-insignificant price

Liked: Did not eat in the hotel this stay.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about. This is a very well run hotel with good service and friendly Staff. I sincerely recommend it even if it is not situated down town.
