Superb

Liked: Great room and nice location (public transport).
Disliked: We checked in online but still had to fill in and answer a lot of things. Spent more than 10min checking in...which is really long. Lady was also not capable of prepping the keys.And 25 euro is still a lot of money for breakfast. My friends were offered a discount, we were not.

Ok, nothing special

Liked: Room wasn't available so an upgrade was offered free of charge.
Disliked: Check in took very long time. Hotel was chosen because of the spa but the swimming pool freezing cold and unusable.Cleanliness of bathroom wasn't the best.Room was noisy, traffic outside all heard inside.

Good and comfortable hotel

Liked: Staff was extremely nice and attentiveBar/restaurant cozySpa facilities well taken care of.
Disliked: Minibar was not keeping anything cold. No soap for the bathtubCould not switch off the night light in corridor
