Most enjoyable break

Liked: Room had usual facilities as expected, The bed wasn't very comfortable for me, but the breakfast was a very comprehensive buffet style affair and was excellent. Location was ideal with a view of the pier (if you had a sea view room). Parking was in a public multi-storey under the hotel, with a good discount for being a resident. Would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: Bed was a bit too firm for me. My wife found it OK though.

Disliked: The bathroom, carpet and windowsill was dirty. Hair in the bathroom. Very cold room. Couldn’t heat up. For the size and price for two nights was more a 3 star than 4. So sorry. Noisy outside with people shouting late at night and smoking dope, I had booked a superior room which for the price wasn’t anything special. The tv did not work for me for Netflix so I relied on my laptop or phone. Breakfast not fresh, sausages were hard both mornings, shriveled up. Eggs were rubber. Not a great selection for £15 ended up having fruit and a coffee. Room service VERY expensive and extra charge £6 on top of very expensive prices I got soup fries and a glass of pinot Grigio and £50. Soup was cold, fries were cold and hard

Other than what I mentioned...

Liked: The location was perfect.
Disliked: The breakfast was mediocre, I expected better. Needed better ventilation (even a window would have helped).
