Good hotel with great location...

Liked: Location, car park, staff and bedrooms are great.
Disliked: The breakfast and general food offering has always been very disappointing, but there are plenty of alternative restaurants close by.

A lovely pleasent stay, great...

Liked: Fantastic friendly staff, room was amazing and on arrival was greeted with birthday decorations, card and treats! Loved this touch. Very comfortable bed and amenities. Room service was fab, food was lovely couldn't fault.
Disliked: If had to be picky the only thing would have to be the pillows. One was not enough and 2 was too much as hard. But didn't ruin anything and wouldn't put me off.
