Clean hotel in a good...

Liked: Convenient location for Heathrow airport.Comfortable & clean room.
Disliked: Whilst the room rate was relatively good value considering the location, costs can rise quickly once you have to start paying for add-ons. Expensive parking - £15 for one night. Plus potentially having to pay ULEZ charges. Upselling being pushed hard by staff at check-in, upgrade to an executive room offered and buffet breakfast at £16 per head.Staying here after a holiday can really highlight the differences in the hotel industry in the UK vs abroad. Often times in the UK it feels like we’re being squeezed for every penny whilst the service provided is adequate at best - this was certainly the case at Leonardo Heathrow Airport!
