Convenient, and very pleasant

Liked: Polite and helpful staff both at reception and restaurant. Very helpful to be able to book dedicated taxi service to airport. Usman, very friendly and polite taxi driver.

Good hotel on Bath Road...

Liked: Big room and comfy bedClose to bus stop for public transport bus instead of Hotel Hoppa
Disliked: The room was quite warm and the thermostat didn't really work. However it was late, so I didn't call in which case they might have been able to help
