Great location, clean and quiet...

Liked: Located very close to Westbahnhof subway station with shopping center. Nice and quiet hotel.
Disliked: Max temperature in room was limited by 23 oC which was below our expectations. That was the only uncomfortable thing in the hotel.

Liked: Excellent location, very pleasant staff, comfortable beds, tidy rooms.
Disliked: The glass toilet doors which barely exist - pointless.

Liked: Comfortable and nice location.
Disliked: The staff were helpful. Gave me really good recommendations for food and must visit. Also with safe luggage storage.

Liked: Nice people, good and delicious food, clean, good infrastructure as it near to train station and Shuttle bus to Aeroport and Subway!

Great location, our experience was...

Liked: Location was great
Disliked: Our air conditioning didn’t work in the room, it was a hot box. Slept really bad the two nights we stayed & the window was essentially locked with a cable and you could barely open it, so we had zero fresh air.Also, it’s very sad that the hotel didn’t have an actual toilet door, these glass doors with massive gaps leave absolutely no room for any privacy when needing the bathroom, I don’t care if you’ve been married for 40 years, the lack of bathroom privacy was horrendous.One lift was out of order, we were on the 4th floor, it took up to 5min to get one of the two lifts that we working. No one wants to voluntarily climb four flights of stairs.
