Great hotel; great location; fab staff; lovely bar area and great rooms. Couldn't ask for more for the price. Will definitely stay again.

Central hotel in Swindon with...

Liked: Impeccably clean hotel with excellent breakfast and reasonably cheap parking on site
Disliked: All was fine

Clean and good value for...

Liked: The rooms are clean and inviting. One of the best hotel options in central Swindon. Parking available for £6 a night.
Disliked: The bathrooms look older than the rooms. Car park was full when I returned late, but I obtained a refund for the parking, and was able to park on the street.

Disliked: The room was much smaller than expected (I chose the Executive King Suite, and it felt like a standard double room) The kettle was dirty, coffee pods for the machine hadn't been fully refilled, and as there is only space for four, it's noticed when one is missing. The painting and decorating was all over the place, with horrible paint lines and different colours, leading me to believe this is not a well looked after hotel. I ordered a bottle of Prosecco to my room, which did come, but not after the front desk called to double check that we could afford it, which made us feel judged. And the breakfast- service was good, people were friendly, but the breakfast was definitely one of the lower quality that I have had at a hotel like this. Really disappointed in my stay, definitely not value for money. For the stay that I had at this Leonardo, I could have had a better experience and room at a Premier Inn.
