We stayed there on a trip to see James Arthur in the Sheffield City Hall. Hopefully planning a return as soon as possible. Very happy with the place; staff very helpful and polite - there to help if it's needed.

We have not stayed at a Jury's Hotel before and were very impressed. From the moment we walked in the team were friendly, welcoming and genuinely happy to help. We will definitely use Jury's again. Thank you!

I stayed at this hotel with a couple of mates during a visit to watch the World Championship Snooker at The Crucible. I was really pleased with the choice. I even beat both my mates at pool and claimed the single bed in the triple room to myself.

Disliked: The shower was slow and not very powerful and bathroom needed upgrading,shower unit seals were clean but dated and old, otherwise perfect

Liked: Lovely hotel, food in the bar was fabulous, service quick and staff very helpful
Disliked: The only issue was the shower curtain should be replaced as it had an unpleasant odour which could be noticed in the room if the bathroom door was open. Other than that the rest of the bathroom was spotless.
