Liked: Excellent clean rooms; comfortable beds and pillows. Really helpful reception staff, particularly Harrison, who took time trying to get a local taxi as the actual hotel taxis failed to arrive. Really excellent breakfast with good quality and plenty of choice.
Disliked: Hotel taxi that failed to arrive.

Liked: Convenient walking distance from the train station. Generally clean. Looked like a good breakfast but we didn't get it.

Exceptional

Liked: Helpful staff, clean rooms, later check-out and very reasonable price. Perfect for a night out in Plymouth to celebrate a family members big birthday. Plymouth is our closest city but we live 45mins away and finding a taxi for that distance is difficult.
Disliked: The only thing I can possibly remark negatively on, is the waste bin liners. They are so thin that they hold nothing and rip very easily. I can imagine they are very frustrating for the cleaners (being one myself)
