Room 642 - clean room with plenty of space. Cracked sink in bathroom which could be dangerous and couldn't adjust the heating, so room was very warm.

Liked: We travelled to Newcastle for a friend's birthday. The complimentary drinks at the bar were a lovely touch.

Great location to the train...

Liked: Location to the venue I needed to attend was perfect
Disliked: Cleanliness. The mirrors in the room & bathroom had spillages in them . The shower had hair on the tiles afore use . It’s off putting . Lots of late returns during the night so the noise levels were loud by a large inebriated party.
