Room 642 - clean room with plenty of space. Cracked sink in bathroom which could be dangerous and couldn't adjust the heating, so room was very warm.

Great location and comfortable stay...

Liked: Great location, a few minutes walk from the station and away from the city’s clubs so nice and quiet. The reception staff were absolutely lovely. We had booked 3 different rooms (triple, twin and double) but they upgraded all the rooms to triples so we could be next to each other. Breakfast was very good too with a wide selection to choose from.
Disliked: Bathrooms could do with an uplift in it’s decor, and bedroom should have a luggage rack

Good location, decent value for...

Liked: Location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed slightly on the firm side.
Disliked: The rooms were dimly lit, the bathroom was dated and showing its age, the bathroom toilet seat kept automatically closing, the shower gels had metal caps making it necessary to push 20 or 30 times to get enough soap gel. Breakfast was adequate: great bacon, pastries and fresh fruit, the coffee was good. The scrambled eggs on the other hand reminded me of rehydrated eggs found in some motels/hotels in the states.

Liked: Great location, fairly priced multi storey car park nearby. Great quality breakfast!
Disliked: Bathrooms could do with an upgrade, but we're clean and worked. Just a bit dated.

Good location

Liked: The location was great as we were attending the Utilita Arena so it was only a short walk to get there (10 minutes or so). It was also a short walk into the City Centre and very close to the train station. I thought it may be noisy with it being a Friday night and the location but we didn't find it that way. We found it good value for money as breakfast was included also.
Disliked: We didn't have a lot of time so ate in the bar in the evening. We both had burgers, fries and onion rings but found the food rather cool and would have preferred it warmer. The same at breakfast. A lot of things seemed to have run out, the food was luke warm and there was no choice of eggs only scrambled unless the others had run out. The cleaner knocked on our door twice in the morning wanting to clean the room although we had around an hour or so until check out time. The vending machines in reception were rather strange, one only served crisps and the other drinks. We fancied some chocolate but couldn't find any. The toiletries in the room were rather poor but I suppose for the money they would be.
