Room 642 - clean room with plenty of space. Cracked sink in bathroom which could be dangerous and couldn't adjust the heating, so room was very warm.

Disappointing for a Leonardo

Liked: Amenities weren’t good. Very basic, bed had a big dip in the middle which was uncomfortable, there were weird stains all over like the curtains, mirror, bathroom, sheets. I’ve stained at a few Leonardos but this was not good

Liked: Issue with hot water.On the second day got up to no hot water in the room informed technical issue. Upon returning at 3pm managed a luke warm shower, however later that day and the following morning we had no hot water again

Excellent location and good value...

Liked: Excellent location for visiting the Utilita Arena, it's literally just over the road. Parking was easy, again, just over the road. Our room was clean and very comfortable, and we had everything needed for an overnight stay. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We ate in the bar and had a decent bar meal before heading out to the arena. Breakfast was brilliant with a good selection of breakfast items to suit everyone's taste. When we visit Newcastle again, we will be staying here.

Liked: Convenient place to stay for ‘The Boiler Shop’ music venue. Very clean, large room a little dated but ok for one night.

Liked: I've stayed here several times, and I've never been disappointed. Always clean. The counter staff are warm and welcoming. Also, a great location just a stones throw away from the city centre & train station.
Disliked: I don't have any complaints.
