The hotel made my stay...

Liked: Clean room with free coffee/tee/water bottle, high-quality bedding (I loved the pillow!), delicious and broad-choice breakfast buffet, and above all else, super nice hotel staff!All the hotel staff I asked, were always very friendly and professional. There are more luxury hotels; however, I can only see such nice staff in this hotel.
Disliked: WiFi in my room was a bit weak.

Liked: We were here for Oktoberfest so centrality and ease of transport was a must. The nearest tram and train station is only a 3-5 minute walk which will take you into the city centre within 20 minutes. This was fantastic and so convenient. The room was very clean and quiet with regular room service and generous top ups of anything you needed when asked- towels, water, and plenty of coffee pods for the machine in your room. There are nearby bakeries for yummy short eats and croissants and coffee in the mornings, and a great Pizza
Disliked: There is nothing coming to mind which I can fault. I enjoyed my stay here.
