Liked: Nice staff, room was big and clean
Disliked: Far away from the city centre or other city attractions. It’s a long walk to get to places with nice restaurants and things to see. A taxi is recommended.

Liked: The hotel location in Chinatown and all the restaurants is Chinese also no supermarket need to walk for a distance.
Disliked: Some of the stuff was kind and helpful

Disliked: 1. Reserved two single-beds, but it was one double-bed2. Asked for one more blanket, they didn’t bring3. Telephone in the room didn’t work4. The hotel was very old inside with bad smell5. Soap and shower gel were over, but staff didn’t update it

Poor

Disliked: We want to book a taxi from the hotel to Linate airport in the early morning, but the reception would charge us EURO 80, so we gave it up. In fact, it only costed us less than EURO 34 when we called a taxi ourselves. What a "nice" hotel !!!!

Liked: The location
Disliked: When we arrived in our room, the smell of perfume was overwhelming. We soon understood why. When the smell faded, the stank of sigaretsmoke remained. Housekeeping must have know about the smoking. We find it a bit cheap to rent out this room as superior. It took 2 days for the smell to fade away. The hotel was sorry but there was no alternative room available. Well that was that.

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: The room airco was disabled due to the “winter season”. They refused to turn it on. Made my stay uncomfortable. Would have not picked this hotel if I had known. Pity, other than the airco it was a nice hotel.
