Lovely hotel would 100% return...

Liked: Was a lovely clean and comfortable hotel. Lovely decor and regal feel when you enter. Lobby smells amazing. Polite and helpful staff.

Plastic 4* Hotel

Liked: Swimming Pool area was a nice addition. Twinings tea in the room. Good central location.
Disliked: Gym is borderline dangerous. Rusty equipment. Cables not tensioned properly. Room wasn't cleaned for 2 out of the 5 nights. No AC in the rooms. Restaurant took 50mins to cook a pasta dish. Definitely not 4* - boosted by the facilities which are run poorly by a third party.

A comfortable stay that does...

Liked: The hotel had all the facilities required to make a 2 night business trip comfortable - good breakfast, small but sufficient gym, quiet room, and a nice bar/lounge to get some after work emails done.
Disliked: I didn't experience any problems during my stay.
