Overall value for money made...

Liked: The welcome on arrival was exceptionally good. Ms Tuku was a charming and an efficient embassador for the hotel. She spoke very good English and was helpful in answering every request. Definitely a big plus for this hotel
Disliked: Access from car park involved two lifts. Access from highway necessitated a steep escalator or the need to “buzz” for access. Breakfast was only average in selection & quality

Liked: Excellent location, spacious, clean rooms, courteous staff.. the breakfast was also amazing.. we had a nice holiday
Disliked: I think the minibar/fridge was not working..

Blessing in disguise

Liked: Mini fridge available, coffee maker, cleanliness, sound proof
Disliked: Bathroom locker ( time to repair), sofa bed too soft and slanted.But the hotel responded to our request and make things out for us. This is what I expect a good hotel will do. Plus point.

Good value in the centre...

Liked: Good location in the centre of Mannheim. Parking in a public multi storey directly below the hotel. €15 overnight (from 16.00 to 08.30). Good choice at breakfast.
