Disliked: Air con didn’t work meaning room was a bit too warm during the night My shower hot cold knob fell off while showering, some facilities could be updated /fixed

Liked: 2nd time we stay in this hotel. Spacious room, excellent location, right in the heart of dowtown Mannheim. We slept well (good matresses, very quiet room on 4th floor).All facilities are more than decent (excellent if you take the price into account). A useful extra: on site public parking (15 euros per day).

Liked: Loved my stay at Leonardo; the staff were really lovely and helpful and the hotel has a pool! The location is super convenient, close to the city centre and museums.

Price-Performance with big rooms in...

Liked: Location is super perfect. Room is quite big for a family with 4 people. Very good price-performance for such a big room. It's hard to find such big rooms for families like us.
Disliked: The sofa bed was not comfortable. But the normal beds were very good.
