Liked: Room was cosy, flawlessly clean and had a nice view of the canal beside us, no noise pollution from inside or outside of the building. Bed was comfortable and sizeable
Disliked: Nothing to fault, everything was convenient and worked as intended

Ideal location and friendly staff...

Liked: We liked the location due to being out of the centre of town, the staff were friendly and our hotel room was clean and smelled fresh.
Disliked: We thought the bed was uncomfortable and sheets scratchy, we were confused as to why we had no hairdryer or bigger towels for the shower...when we closed the curtains, there was still light coming through the left side of the curtain straight on to our pillows which made it difficult to sleep. It also sounded like the windows were open all night so we were woken up by a lot of traffic and drunken loud voices.
