Not sure about the price,...

Liked: It is really a mixed-up review. I cannot say I am satisfied with the hotel, but it really was not that bad. They gave as our room upfront in the morning, so we could use it even without early checkin and leave the luggage. They have parking which has a lot of space, but it costs 25 EUR/night. The hotel is in a good place around ~20 minutes by foot to the main city center positions. It is also not in Zero Emissions Zone if anyone would like to come by car. A shop is nearby, restaurants also.
Disliked: It is still too expensive for the quality/money balance. The rooms were smaller than in the photos. I could hear everyone next to my room and above. This wasn't very pleasant. Also, anyone going through the corridor was also heard. The shower was broken but was fixed during our stay without asking. There could be more work done on tidiness. The service did not add coffee (only decafinato) in our stay.

Liked: The location of the hotel, close to the center, well connected by metro, many shops close by. The internet was very good, it could be accessed quite far away from the hotel. The room was nice, not too spacious, but everything was working; the bathroom was very good. We enjoyed the breakfast as well!
Disliked: Price: very expensive to spend New Year here.

I booked a triple room...

Liked: Location is good, you can walk everywhere. Unfortunately the room was small to be considered as a triple room. Staff was very helpful.
