Liked: No information on check in Not a friendly welcome Breakfast was ok but the Tea was soo bad. A constant scum on the water even tried the coffee and that was the same, down to poor quality water. A layer of dust in the room was not good.

Nice hotel in great location

Liked: Very nice hotel in an amazing location. The reception team were friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: Breakfast was poor. We pre-booked and it was £13 each. We barely ate. The food wasn’t hot and therefore not very nice. It most definitely was not value for money.

Liked: 3 night stay for a trip to Harry Potter Studios. Excellent location for this purpose. Free shuttle bus to Warner Bros Studios just a short walk away and very close to Watford high street for shops, restaurants and cafes.Fabulous breakfast, helpful staff and the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The fragrance that is circulated through the air system in the reception is such a pleasing welcome each time and the first thing we noticed on arrival. Would most definitely recommend this hotel to others and will certainly be booking again if we decide to visit again in the future.
