I had a nice time here; the staff was very nice - the girls on the check in desk made you feel very welcome. Room was clean and had tea, coffee, TV, hairdryer and a ironing board and iron. I would come back here again.

Liked: Very nice, clean room; had everything that you needed for your stay.
Disliked: Did not sell Foster's Lager.

Liked: Well a little problem not the hotels fault i lost a card and had to stop through bank but when i came to the end of stay and as it was only short trip i had no more cards only cash and reception said they only take card yes they allowed me to pay £52 in cash for breakfast right im getting to the point they should be facility to do both card or cash

All I can say the...

Liked: Cleanliness and the location near to the home office.
Disliked: The toilet doesn’t flushed! Also the stuff from the reception not approachable. They don’t smile, one reception lady when we check in last 10th of April around 15:30 was so moody when I said to her I want to extend the time our stay. My partner ask her to explained the rules… this lady (reception) so grumpy. The next day the supervisor knocked in our door even had a ‘Do Not Disturb signed’ I told her we had extended our stay till 15:00. The supervisor she didn’t have any information about it. Could you please trained your staffs about communications!!!! They are lack of communication skills!!!
