Great location, lovely staff, unfortunately...

Liked: The staff were lovely, and check-in was straight forward. A great location if you're wanting to walk into the centre. Parking at the docks was also discounted to £8 a day through the hotel (enter your registration at the desk on the ipad).
Disliked: We heard a loud noise every time a shower/tap was used in the room above which kept us awake. As it was a weekend in the centre, there was a lot of noise from guests during early hours of the morning. The bed was also on the harder side. As we had to leave early next morning, reception offered a to-go breakfast which we ordered at the desk. We were given options of sausage buns, cappuccino etc but ended up with a bag with 2 apples in. A bit of a shame as we were told we could have a breakfast.

Excellent stay . The executive...

Liked: Everything in the room was good like expected. The executive room is good value as it offers extras like complimentary drinks and mini bar and fridge all the extra that make a city break a little bit more special
Disliked: It would have been good to have had 2 comfy chairs in the room as well as 1 comfy chair and 1 desk chair. The coffee machine would benefit from have some creamer to go with the expresso. The man on the check in desk didn't give us our complimentary vouchers we had to ask for the extras that were provided with the executive room.
