Comfortable and efficient I give...

Liked: Most of the reception staff were top notch. In particular I young man/ I think his name was Jeremy. Also the supervisor whom was of a gentleman from East Asian background. The other 2 young people on reception were passable but average.
Disliked: On my last day I encountered what I suspected was a bit of borderline racism from the new Dinner room staff. Which I had to speak with the same supervisor about, as suspected they need equality, diversity and cultural inclusion training.

Liked: Clean, big room, comfortable bed. Water, kettle and coffee machine in the room. Big parking, good breakfast. Swimming pool and sauna. Perfect for stay

Disliked: Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Several aspects of the room's condition were unacceptable:The curtains were torn and visibly worn.The bathroom had cracked rust and mold, creating an unhygienic atmosphere.The walls were in bad condition, with noticeable stains, which gave the room a neglected feel.
