Liked: the car park was convenient, unfortunately due to the time trying to find the place we didn't have time to try out the pool, spa and sauna but will next time. The receptionist was very welcoming, especially since I was quite stressed when we arrived, her cheery attitude made me feel it was worth it.
Disliked: The room didn't seem to have a temperature control of I couldn't find it got very warm about 1 am , so I didn't want to bother anyone even though I know the lovely receptionist did say they were open 24hrs

Disliked: there was only one disabled/accessible room (with wet room)

Liked: I liked the hotel, the room the facilities ie swimming pool, sauna, steamroom etc. The jacuzzi was out of use. The receptionists were lovely. Including the locker room attended lady.. Very helpful. The bar was good, they also had a fridge where you could buy your own drinks in out of hrs and tte food was lovely.
Disliked: The attitude of one staff member in the dining room who asked me on my last day whether I had been seen by the receptionist. Why did she singled me out & not others?. If she had any issues she should have gone to ask the receptionist herself if I had paid for my breakfast. My breakfast was included in my booking/ stay. All the others were very welcoming. Was it because I am a black woman? Why didn't she ask my partner as well who was a white Scotish man?.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was very comfortable. Not a lot of floor space for a family room but we made it work with our luggage.
Disliked: The room could have been slightly larger (ie more room for luggage/moving around) as the single bed and double bed were very close together, but nothing that bothered us enough to affect our stay. Everything else was perfect.

Disliked: Traffic sound and could hear everything outside when trying to sleep
