Disliked: Not clean the carpet had many stains, old facilities, lightening is so dim in the room

Liked: The breakfast was very nice. The staff was polite!
Disliked: Your sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable. My back was stiff, it could have been better. You need to renew your heaters, they are not working.

Great inexpensive place in Heidelberg

Liked: The staff was wonderfully helpful and very inviting. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again and try other hotels from Leonardo in other cities.
Disliked: It seems the bar was open very limited hours, but it was not a real problem for us.
