Absolutely superb will come back...

Liked: Location great for the event I was attending - great staff, great location and lovely restaurant nearby too
Disliked: Rooms quite warm but not an issue as could open window

Excellent location and property. Must...

Liked: The room that was provided to us had a balcony that opened into Tiergarten. The view was lovely. The room was perfect.Even though the spread of food was limited, we liked it, and had no complaints. The location was perfect. If we go to Hannover again we intend to stay in the same property.
Disliked: Nothing to complain. The only thing I can think of is if they could increase the spread of the breakfast items.

Overbooked!

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: We had a reservation and arrived at the hotel but they refused to provide us with a room! They told us they were fully booked.

Very good value for money...

Liked: Staff in reception was supper friendly. Very close to the hospital that we needed to be.
Disliked: Bathroom could be a bit more practical but nothing that would disturb too much

Disliked: The beds are not good, and they are bending side ways disturbing the sleep
