Only a short stay but the room was lovely, spacious and clean.

Reception staff friendly and efficient. Room freshly decorated, comfortable, shower good. Breakfast great - we eat late on and food was still being replenished and very tasty. Great choice.

Near to train station (just round the corner) and O2 Academy only 10 minutes walk away. Shopping 5 minute walk away. Staff very helpful and friendly; clean room; well decorated. Would stay in a Jurys Inn again.

Modern hotel in a convenient...

Liked: It was modern, very clean and great facilities and toiletries etc.
Disliked: Had to open window as couldn’t change the temp on air con so was a bit noisy with trains but expected based on location

Liked: Nice bathroom and comfy bed.Lots of choice at breakfast.
Disliked: Staff did not acknowledge fact that we were there as had joint birthday-even ignored huge balloons!Vegetarian option for breakfast not great-utensils all used for meat products.
