Very good reasonably priced hotel

Liked: Great location. Nice bar & restaurant. Handy little shop near reception and access to free chilled water. The staff were all excellent especially Karen behind the bar who was great.

Exceptional

Liked: Perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the town centre. Staff were very friendly and all seemed happy in their work. Rooms were better than expected too!

Not a patch on Heathrow...

Liked: Shame about the breakfast,eggs tomatoes bacon all cold staff member tried to clear our table it was obvious we hadn’t finished

Not good

Liked: The lady at the reception was very nice( the one who has a flower tattoo on the arm) and helpful.Location is good. Liked the complimentary Illy coffee. Room was very dirty, specially the bedding, looked like it was not changed, brown hair everywhere on the pillows, shower was dated and also hair everywhere, bed small and uncomfortable pillows.
