Overall, a great hotel to...

Liked: Good location, very pleasant atmosphere, clean and polite staff.Good accessibility to the hotel, close to public transportation, including the S-Bahn, regional trains (RB), and various tram lines, and just a 10–15-minute walk from downtown.
Disliked: One of the elevators wasn't working, so the queue was a bit longer. However, there was another one that worked well, as well as a staircase

Liked: Very good position, near the Congress Center and the Zwinger, just around the corner the Train station Dresden Mitte.Comfortable room, nice staff, good breakfast and fair price.

Liked: The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff very helpful, when I forgot an item at the room, they were quick to respond and efficiently resolved the issue.
Disliked: The lady who was serving during the breakfast was rude. She snapped at me when I asked where we could get cutlery, saying she only prepared certain tables since 5 people were not attending the breakfast and we were at a "wrong table". I have no idea how I could know that, since I could not read her mind and she did not inform us when we told her our room number. Since we already settled at a table, I had to transfer cutlery, napkins etc. myself, and we did not get served coffee or milk like the other guests. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Liked: room very good, extremely comfy bed - very good location, 10 minutes by foot to the old centre, excellent staff
Disliked: breakfast could be improved, was ok
