Liked: Clean room with all we needed.
Disliked: The smart screen TV was lit up all night. When we put it off it was back on again in a short while. This resulted in a very disturbed night's sleep.

Liked: Always a pleasant day right in the middle of Chester handy all immunities. Stuff always friendly pleasant and helpful always made to feel welcome. Nothing is to much for them.

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff, clean comfortable room. The location is excellent, right in the centre of Chester and a short walk from the river.

Very good

Liked: Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was a little disappointing. The replenishment of dishes such as fresh fruit, beans, sausage etc was very slow, even though there was a member of staff overlooking this.
