Liked: Clean room with all we needed.
Disliked: The smart screen TV was lit up all night. When we put it off it was back on again in a short while. This resulted in a very disturbed night's sleep.

Liked: really lovely hotel very clean and staff very friendly, bar really nice and breakfast was lovely.
Disliked: I did book a double room but when we got in the room there was a single bed. I did see the staff and told them they said we had a upgrade, but how is it a upgrade if only 2 of you whats the point of a extra bed,so not a upgrade to me.

A very comfortable and enjoyable...

Liked: Right in the centre of town great! But still quite perfect. The greeting by the reception staff was fantastic, the young guy was smiley, informative and very good at his job. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a large chain hotel!!
Disliked: My only gripe was , as in most hotels, no window to open….i realise the noise element would have been a problem though. Everything else I could not fault!
