Stayed many times at this...

Liked: The location is excellent for Cheltenham. The breakfast is really good, lots of choice.
Disliked: The lighting in our suite was very dark could do with a brighter ceiling light.

Liked: Great staff and good leisure facilities.Issue dealt with Chloe extremely quickly, thank you.
Disliked: Bathrooms could do with an update. So noisy in the early hours due to Xmas parties, got woken up twice. This happened on our last stay as well when someone set off the fire alarm. Not the hotel’s fault, but annoying when you’ve paid for a relaxing break. Breakfast on the second day was great, but on the first day due to low numbers the hot food was plated and a bit regimented on what you could have.

Disliked: The only lift was out of action - did not tell us until after checked in. The bathroom had a panel missing at the end of the sink..
