Disliked: Evening meal was terrible - wife's was sent back cold. It came back to the table worse the second time. Hard to believe in a 4 star hotel - did not pay.

Disliked: It was cold, old, tired, smelly and dirty.£25 for awfu tinyl parking spaces in a multi use car park.Staff were doing you a favor by being there.Never again.

Stayed before ,will stay again!

Liked: room was great,location across road from new theatre, bar service and lounge area as good as ever,breakfast faultless. Will stay again.
Disliked: Receptionist on arrival ,told me we couldnt book in as we were too early, if she had waited for me to speak i was quite aware of check in time,just wanted to leave my bag ,of which was not given a receipt, then asked for later(receipt) by a far less tense member of staff.Not an issue but not a great first contact!Showers could be hotter!

Liked: We were completely shocked with our complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite, it was amazing.
Disliked: The bathroom was very cold & the room.
