Disliked: Evening meal was terrible - wife's was sent back cold. It came back to the table worse the second time. Hard to believe in a 4 star hotel - did not pay.

Liked: This is my second time staying at Leonardo Hotel in Cardiff this year and I can’t wait to come back again. The hotel is beautiful and staff are amazing, thank you for a lovely couple of days in my favourite city. Until next time.

Liked: Location. Didn't have far to walk to and from The New Theatre. As a solo person this is important as Cardiff is beggar central at night.
Disliked: Tired faded furniture. Many stains on carpet and curtains. Cleaning staff need to deal with stuff and not hope anyone won't notice. Curtains very stained, obvious when closed! (212)

Liked: The room was very comfortable, excellent bed, good bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast great in a lovely environment. The only little negative is that we cannot open windows to let in fresh air and the room was very warm. I tried to lower temp as receptionist suggested but didn’t manage it .
