Superb

Excellent hotel, great value and...

Liked: A good range of breakfast options.With crudités, nuts and seeds to add to cereals, cold meats and cheeses.The hot food was plentiful, and constantly refilled, with the scrambled egg light, fluffy and delicious. The fried eggs were mainly ’set’ with a hard yolk, but overall an enjoyable breakfast.
Disliked: Personal taste, but I prefer nicely browned sausages, the ones available were rather pale.

Quiet, comfortable stay in a...

Liked: Comfortable quiet room - I slept so well! I expected there to be lots of noise from partygoers but I didn’t hear a thing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location next to the station was perfect for me. There’s a handy M&S and a Pret in the station too.
Disliked: The bathroom needed a little love.

Liked: Location was great. The hotel had quite funky colours in the lobby with lots of space to chill out. Good bar, great staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Great bed. Good blackout blinds. Fantastic value for money.
Disliked: Nothing

Perfect for a short break...

Liked: Modern hotel in a great location. Staff were attentive and helpful.
Disliked: Sadler there is no on site parking and off site parking, although close, is expensive.

For short brief stays, good...

Liked: The bed was cozy, and the room was equipped with all the essentials. It has everything necessary for a brief stay. The lady at the reception who assisted me with the heating , in the evening was friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: The morning and afternoon staff demonstrate a lack of simple customer service skills. Although I don't expect perfection, a simple acknowledgment of your presence would be appreciated. A friendly "hello, how are you?" would certainly make a difference. Instead, they often seem stressed, flustered, and constantly have phones attached to their ears.Although it is located near the station, it can be difficult to locate, especially when you have heavy bags. Installing some signs near the station would certainly help make it easier.
