Pleasant and would book again...

Liked: Close to the theatre and railway station, clean and quiet hotel
Disliked: Room was a little cold and heating didn’t really help.

Disappointing

Liked: Had left pandora bracelet on dresser and rang up for it but you said it was not found but 100 pecent know where i left it very dissapointing that it was not given back when toam was been cleaned

Liked: Near Alhambra theatre where my daughter is performing as Juliet in &Juliet
Disliked: We had to go down to reception to have our key card re scanned as our door will not unlockBreakfast NOT so good... hardly any selection

Liked: The venue was understaffed and the staff were rushed off their feet and unable to give the kind of service that they normally would.The tables in the bar had not been cleared or cleaned. There was a previous guests hair in the bath. Generally I would say disappointing compared to previous stays at Leonardo hotels.

Disliked: Hate to sound as though I'm complaining..Only one problem: No power sockets with USB charger. Shortage of wall sockets in room generally. I do hope this comment might be something this excellent hotel will take into consideration for future update of rooms
