A surfeit of choice to...

Liked: Imagine my surprise when I opened my hotel room door! The room was of an excellent size much bigger than expected. The bed was extremely comfortable. After one figured out how to turn the power on- ah that was what the extra card was for!. I particularly liked the availability of an iron and ironing board with which one could press one's shirts. The bathroom was a joy to behold- again larger than expected with a choice of either power shower or a bath. One experienced both during my short stay. Lots of towels too. With a buffet breakfast as well as an eleven o'clock checkout what more could one wish for?
Disliked: perhaps you could add another line to welcoming A4 laminated list. Asking hotel guests if they could gently close the doors to their room as forceful closing creates noise and reverberation. This disturbed my peaceful repose on two occasions throughout the night.

I wouldn’t return.

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: The area rough, the staff cannot handle customer complaints, the staff are not trained to deal with conflict. The heating in the room wasn’t working and despite asking twice nothing was done about it resulting in us having to leave early.

Liked: great location, right next to the alhambra, nice room, comfortable bed 2 relaxing chairs. coffee, tea good. loverly polite staff. great customer service. would definitely stay again.
Disliked: pedal bin in room didn't work, toilet not cleaned properly, had to ask for toilet roll as not much left, but everything else was nice and clean.no biscuits in room.breakfast not very child friendly maybe chocolate spread and better choice of cereal

Liked: Really handy for the theatre. Convenient parking with a discount from the hotel. Reception friendly and informative. Breakfast was good. Beds clean and comfy.
Disliked: Needs refurbished in places- carpet worn and corridor needs repainted.
