Liked: Very clean with large rooms and contemporary furniture. Location is excellent and the staff very friend and helpful.
Disliked: They need to sort out the door from reception to the lifts. It sticks really badly and no guest ever seems to be able to open it. It’s been like it for ages and it’s a real nuisance. The hotel needs to make a deal with the car park next door to get a discounted rate for its customers and if the car park company are not willing then try another nearby car park instead. They must get all the guests from the hotel parking there and if they are not prepared to offer a discount another car park will. They may re consider when guests patio elsewhere for a better rate.

Liked: Good location for the theatre. Clean room good breakfast friendly staff.
Disliked: Bar closed early roundabout 22.00 so coming back for theatre could not get a drink.
