We enjoyed our stay, though...

Liked: The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious food options, and we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms. Staff was polite and helpful.
Disliked: Pillows were too soft for us, and the tubes for hand soap and shower gel in the rooms were neither practical nor hygienic, so we opted to use our own. Also, a pair of slippers in the room would have added to our comfort. Additionally, when checking out, we had to carry our suitcases down the emergency stairs because one of the three elevators had broken down on our floor. As a result, the other two elevators never responded to our call, since the out-of-service one remained stationed at our floor.
