Liked: Location.
Disliked: Small rooms - furnishings could be rethought bath/shower is also awkward. Forget bath - do a shower only.

Lovely clean room central location

Liked: Great location near where you can get airport train, walking distance from most attractions
Disliked: Loved this hotel, only issue was size hard to store suitcases

Base to explore Berlin

Liked: Well located and presented. Generous breakfast
Disliked: Had to argue with reception staff to get our room cleaned after realising I had opted in error for no cleaning during our stay.

Excellent location and value for...

Liked: Fantastic location, right next to the train station. Lots of the famous sights within walking distance. The hotel itself was really modern, comfortable and clean and staff couldn't do enough to help in any way. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Berlin for the first time.
Disliked: We had an issue with our sink but were immediately offered a new room when it couldn't be fixed. Great customer service.

Liked: The hotel was located in a great area, almost in the middle of the must-see attractions (Alexanderplatz and Brandenburg Gate), as well as really close to the train station, making everything much easier and approachable. The staff was friendly and willing to help you with anything, and the room was pretty clean and tidy. 100% recommend it!
