Disappointing

Disliked: Breakfast was really bad and reception employees were not nice at all.

Great Hotel and we would...

Liked: Location - Across the road from the Central Train Station. Close to everything.Quiet - Despite being in a busy location, noise was not an issue. We were in room #543 on the 5th level.There was a lift to all floors which was wonderful.We had booked for 3 people, but the 3rd bed was not made up. Notified reception and fixed in 5 minutes.Special thanks to Timor on the front desk. We had telephoned a couple of days before check-in to see if possible to leave our luggage there for 3 days after check-out. It worked smoothly and we were able to place it in a secured room in a secured locker in the basement.
Disliked: Besides the making up of the 3rd bed as detailed above we became aware of the following issues which must have been the fault of the room service person(s):No towels at all,The liquid soap containers above the bathroom sink and in the shower were empty, andNo tissues in the dispenser in the bathroom. NB: We followed up 5 times with the reception desk guy and on the final time and being extremely embarrassed, he brought to our room 10 minutes later, as he had promised he would, the missing towel. At that point everything had been fixed. We would stay there again.

Good choice

Liked: Very smart hotel location - at the same time it's close to the center and to the transportation routes. Clean and neat, quite spacious numbers with everything we've needed. Locker room for your bags, if you've arrived too early and the room is not ready. Modern design. Nespresso machine, free water bottle and, of course, free wi-fi.
Disliked: I'd prefer an electric kettle to nespresso machine, as for 3 persons it took some time to make tea. Also we went for a walk before our check-out time, but after turnung back for our luggage - the room cards had stopped working, so we've needed to activate one of them again at the reception.One of the soap tubes in the bathroom was empty.

Liked: The location is perfect. You have everything around
Disliked: 1.As you step into the lobby, an overwhelming stench assaults your senses, reminiscent of foul sewage wafting through the air. The unmistakable odor lingers, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere that makes it difficult to ignore.2.Standart room is too small. 3. There is a large gap between the floor and the front door. At night your room is very bright and it is difficult to fall asleep.4.the fridge was dirty inside

Perfect lication for train trip

Liked: Great location just across the street from central station, perfect for attending conference or concert at Queen Elisabeth Hall
Disliked: The main entrance coridor would benefit from refreshing / renovation to remove the musty smell. To air the corridors would also increase the quality of visitors experience.

A good choice for a...

Liked: The hotel seats conveniently at the door to the railway Central Station. The staff is very nice and efficient. My room was quite spatious and clean. The bed is a dream - large and comfy. It was calm during the night, so the sleep was really excellent. Thick curtains help to separate from the street. Complementary water/tea/coffee in the room. The price is attractive.
Disliked: A separate toilet and bathroom is not very good idea if there is no sink to wash your hands in the toilet... The lift and the stairs in the hotel are a bit claustrophobic.

Liked: The breakfast and the location. The staff were nice.
Disliked: Room is too narrow and if you have like a stroller it will block your way unless you leave it in the hall! The lights for toilets are working with moving sensor and never realize that someone is moving, so you have to do your thing in the dark or leave the door open! And the parking is also not wide enough and yet too expensive.

Awesome hotel except for the...

Liked: The staff were very helpful. The room was very comfortable. The location was perfect for my destinations. The breakfast has gluten-free options
Disliked: The internet was extremely slow. The AC was always on auto, despite changing the settings.

Passable
