A convenient choice

Liked: Great location, right next to the train station. Nice and convenient room. Free coffee amenities in the room and refrigerator. Wifi was working well. The beds are cozy. The room service is great.
Disliked: Everything was ok

Good

Liked: The location is great, directly opposite the central station. The shopping street and the old town are a short walk away. Breakfast was great.
Disliked: We had some problems with the hot water in the shower on the first evening, and the following morning though itt worked well for the rest of our visit.

All good except the noisy...

Liked: All good except the noisy air re-circulation system. It was difficult to sleep with that noise.

Disliked: Unfortunately we had to experience rasicme at the hotel. I was staying there for a few days with my mother and my daughter this week. I asked the white lady at the front desk if we could use the toilet at the first floor. So we don't have to go all the way to our room at the 3e floor. Mind you my daughter is only 6 so she is a lil child. This lady was very rude and disrespecting towards me and my family. This lady asked me in a very disrespecting and rude way if I actually knew that this was a Hotel and that the use of the toilets was only for their customers. The other female collegue (hardworking sweet lady she deserve a promotion!) then confirmed to her that we were staying at their hotel. This woman simply reacted to with I don't care! To her as to us aswell. We cancelled our breakfast for the last day because of this horrible experience. Sadly we didn't get a refund for the breakfast we didn't use. Horrible experience hope they will get ride of this employee. She is not representing this hotel very well in any kind of way!
