Lovely hotel, but due to lack of staff, made our stay disappointing, which is a shame because for a 4 star hotel, this should not be the case. When asked, staff said there was a large function on and most of the staff were occupied there. This however doesn't help paying customers who expect a fair service.

Liked: Young waiter Nathan, in dining room - he was friendly and very efficient. Reception staff were nice. Rooms immaculate and beds very comfortable and cosy.
Disliked: Breakfast was disorganised; evening meal was sent back - part burnt or cold. This hotel didn't have enough staff to cope.

Hospitality at its best in...

Liked: Great hotel and staff are super friendly and the rooms are so spacious and nicely decorated and good selection at breakfast too with incredibly hospitable staff who were helpful and making sure we had everything we needed. We had a room with two double beds and stayed with 4 people and price/quality is just amazing. Also the charge for parking is so much better compared to other hotels in the same area (£4.- per day). We can definitely recommend and will be back soon.
Disliked: The pressure of the water in the shower could have been a bit better.
