Lovely hotel, but due to lack of staff, made our stay disappointing, which is a shame because for a 4 star hotel, this should not be the case. When asked, staff said there was a large function on and most of the staff were occupied there. This however doesn't help paying customers who expect a fair service.

Liked: Young waiter Nathan, in dining room - he was friendly and very efficient. Reception staff were nice. Rooms immaculate and beds very comfortable and cosy.
Disliked: Breakfast was disorganised; evening meal was sent back - part burnt or cold. This hotel didn't have enough staff to cope.

Liked: Large, clean and modern room. Welcoming staff. Ideal location for our purposes.
Disliked: The room was too hot. The hotel does not appear to have air con. A fan was provided but it really did not make a lot of difference.

Liked: A great place if you are going or coming from Aberdeen airport or are doing business in the area.Breakfast is buffet style and is very good.The evening meal choice is also very good and value for money.Well done

Liked: Many gluten-free options on the menu in the restaurant. Fruit salad at the breakfast and a gluten free corner.The beds were comfy.Walking distance to the airport. Bus stop right outside the hotel. Nice and helpful staff.
Disliked: The carpet on the floor in the room smelled cigarette smoke.The room didn't have a refridgerator.A microbial smell in the room when you come in.
