Liked: Very close to rail station, accessed through the shopping centre.Room a good size with view over street at front. Bath. Buffet breakfast good. Bed large and comfortable.
Disliked: Room a bit bare, a few more pictures would be good. Also a bit dark at night, another lamp would help.

Liked: Great location being close to both rail and bus stations. Entry from Union Square was convenient once we found it. Good sized room which was clean and well equipped. Large comfy bed. Breakfast was well laid out and contained a good range of dishes. Staff were helpful with porridge and poached/boiled eggs available on request. All staff we encountered were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Initially failed to enter via Union Square and struggled with street entry. There was some traffic noise in the morning.

Disliked: Breakfast used to be good but has seriously went down hill. Both coffee machines broken. No orange juice. Food bland. Used to be great. Not now.

Disliked: The rooms were to hot, the Air Con didn’t work. Couldn’t sleep.Shower head in bathroom was broken, staff didn’t replace the tea and coffee in rooms or toilet rolls.
