Very good

Liked: A nice hotel with large rooms, accommodation suitable for the price paid, good area. Excellent breakfast, with a wide variety of food for every taste and eating style. The bathrooms are a little outdated but acceptable. All in all, it's a good hotel.
Disliked: The staff seems to be robotic, no one smiles, no one makes conversation...or at least that's how it was while we were there - maybe they all had a bad day or maybe they work a lot and are poorly paid, which would be sad. Unfortunately, we also had a bad experience when we stayed there - in the morning, once at 9 o'clock and the second time at 10 o'clock, the cleaning man entered our room twice without knocking on the door, even though he checked out was at 11 o'clock. I saw him checking every room like that, and it doesn't seem normal to me that he enters without knocking on the door. He also did this in my girls' room, I said this at the reception, and the answer was - yes, it's not normal, but what should I do now? The receptionist hardly apologized. For this reason, I was tempted to give the hotel a lower rating. I hope it won't happen again in the future, though.

Nice easy to find

Liked: Nice and clean hotel ,the only thing to compline is you have to pay for the hotel car park despite the fact you are actually guest at the hotel
Disliked: As a hotel guest had to pay for the hotel car park

Liked: Staff were very welcoming, the entire place was immaculate, yet dog friendly (we have a spaniel, but the receptionist confirmed larger dogs are no problem either) and the breakfast was fantastic. We were in a standard double and it was much larger than in many other hotels we had stayed at.

Disliked: The mattress was too hard for me, resulting in poor sleep and pain in shoulders and hip.

Liked: The staff are friendly. The beds are very comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast. We did not book breakfast, but on our first day we went down for breakfast, the fried choice was very greasy so we didn't bother having breakfast. The bathroom could do with modernising and the water pressure could do with being increased.
